Indian sweet (Mithai)
1 cup plain flour
1 cup semolina
1 cup besan (gram flour)
1 cup caster sugar
1 cup ghee – or little less
Mix all 5 and make into dough. Pick small mixture
Make little doughs, place on non stick tray or even steel thali.
Make small cross with knife on top.
Gas mark 4( 180c). Bake till light brown. Let it cool little then remove from tray.
